Mala Wharf - I was hoping we would do this dive and it was even better than I remember. Elliot said we should abide by the "Sharp and Pointy Rule" on this dive - "if it looks sharp and pointy, then it probably is." We were allowed to go off on our own along the wharf. It was really fun to swim through all the fallen pieces of concrete. Several turtles throughout the dive, including some sizable ones under concrete arches. Saw couple of eels. Great dive, would love to do this one again. Found 2 imperial nudibranchs engaged in suspicious behavior that may have been mating.

Saw and pet a red octopus, body the size of fist. Saw so many bright fish. Saw a huge "jack" fish the size of my torso. Incredible visibility. First time below ~15 ft and first dive since open water practice dives. Only challenge was clearing ears - one ear required blowing nose, other required swallowing. A guy named Roger used all his air (3000psi) within 10 minutes so the instructor (justin) had to help him end early. Justin was so good. Pride of Maui boat tour.

Fantastic first "real" dive. The water was so blue. Saw a giant lobster and many eels. Dove with Milan, Peter, Gregg and Sasha. Dove inside of the Molokini crater. Got to hold a sea cucumber.
